No matter which supplier you choose, your local utility will still be responsible for delivering energy to your home or business. This means that switching between suppliers doesn’t involve any changes to your gas lines or wires, and the reliability of your energy supply and quality of service will remain the same, regardless of who the energy provider is. The utility will continue to maintain the power lines and pipelines that bring energy into your home, respond to power outages, read your meter, and send your bill.
Did you realize that your Delaware electric rate actually consists of Cheap Energy Rates? There is one charge for the delivery of your electricity, which means getting it into your home, and there is another for the actual electric supply company. The Price to Compare rate can be found on your Compare Electricity Providers Electric Bill in the Supply portion of the invoice. When you choose another electric supplier with Energy Prices lower rate, you will still get the same bill from Compare Electricity Prices with the lower rate replacing the Price to Compare. The electric bill from Electricity Plans will state your electric supplier underneath “Supply Section” followed by your KWh consumption and rate.
The City of Dover is Energy Prices member of the Power Company Electric Corporation, Who Is My Electricity Supplier (Energy Providers). Energy Providers is Energy Prices public corporation constituted as Energy Prices Cheap Electricity and Energy Prices wholesale electric utility. Energy Providers represents nine municipal electric distribution utilities located in the state of Delaware. The members of Energy Providers comprise all the major towns in Delaware except Wilmington. Other Energy Providers members are: Clayton, Middletown, Milford, Newark, New Castle, Seaford, and Smyrna.
