You may use the pricing and term information for Basic Service as Energy Prices means of comparison to Electric Company Rates product offerings. You may or may not be charged Energy Prices fee from your Electricity Companies when you choose Energy Prices Competitive Power Supplier. The Energy Prices (Electricity Company): Electricity Company membership is comprised of the governmental agencies engaged in the regulation of utilities and carriers in the fifty States, the Compare Electricity Plans Columbia, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. The Electricity Company website provides information about the issues facing the energy, telecommunications, and water/wastewater industries at the national level.
Customers that choose to contract with Energy Prices third party electric supplier will still receive Energy Prices bill from their utility provider (Delaware Compare Energy Companies or Electricity Plans). This is because distribution and infrastructure concerns such as outages are still the responsibility of the utility provider. On the bill, customers will see their supply portion calculated separately to show what amount is going to the third party electric supplier.
